This Privacy Policy explains how King's Landing ("we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use staykingslanding.com.

Information We Collect

We only collect the information you choose to provide. When you submit a reservation request or contact message, that includes your name, email address, phone number, your requested dates and party size, and any details you add. Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent spam.

How We Use It

We use your information solely to respond to your inquiry, confirm availability, and finalize and service your booking. We do not sell your personal information. Reservation and contact messages are delivered to the property's email (via our email provider, Resend) and are not shared beyond what's needed to respond to you.

SMS/Text Messaging

The messaging program consists exclusively of conversational messages related to reservations, customer questions, and support. Message frequency will vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help or call (207) 835-3336.

Data Sharing

  • Customer data is not shared with 3rd parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
  • Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.

King's Landing Messaging Terms and Conditions

  1. The messaging program consists of general conversational messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers.
  2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
  3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at marquee@staykingslanding.com.
  4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. These services set cookies and collect standard usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and on-site interactions; Microsoft Clarity may also capture anonymized session recordings and heatmaps of page activity. This data is processed by Google and Microsoft under their own privacy policies and is used only for aggregate site analytics, not to identify you personally or for advertising. Availability is synced from our booking calendar, and embedded content (such as maps, the video tour, and the 3D tour) may be served by third parties (Google, YouTube, Matterport) under their own privacy policies.

We restrict access to personal data to authorized personnel only and maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to prevent unauthorized use or disclosure of user information.
