Welcome to King's Landing
The finest luxury vacation home in the Moosehead region
Spend your days soaking in the views from the royal terraces, relaxing in the outdoor sauna, boating on the lake, or gathering for games and laughter in the Dragon's Lair.
This immaculate home is the backdrop for unforgettable memories in Greenville, Maine, from sunrise coffees to evening conversations under the stars. Cradled by rustic luxury, King's Landing is designed for connection and relaxation.
King's Landing sits on the historic site of the original Captain Sawyer House, one of the first guest houses in Greenville, built in the 1800s by "Captain" Arthur Sawyer, a local shipbuilder and lake navigator. While the original guest house is long gone, the property still carries the legacy of those who first called this stretch of Moosehead Lake home, blending the charm of the past with modern, local-artist-designed luxury.

Words From Our Guests
Five stars, every season
"The hosts were by far the best we've seen for property managers (we rent 4-6 homes per year). The team was incredibly responsive, proactive, professional, and just great people. The home itself is beyond compare and had every amenity needed: coffee and coffee makers, laundry on three floors with detergent and dryer sheets, soap and shampoo in all eight bathrooms, and every pot or pan you could need. The commercial-grade ice machine was awesome and we used the bar every day. Such a great property; we look forward to revisiting annually."
"King's Landing is the perfect family vacation house. This house had all the Maine charm with upscale comfort. Not only are the lake views breathtaking but the house was immaculate. Every detail, from plush beds to high-end appliances and thoughtful touches like games, books, and local guidebooks, made the stay feel both luxurious and personal. We are already dreaming of our next visit!"
"We had an amazing stay at this cabin! It was absolutely beautiful, very clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The cabin was well-stocked with plenty of amenities, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We had so much fun during our time here and truly appreciated how well everything was maintained. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful place to get away with family/friends!"
