Boat Slips & Launch

King's Landing includes access to a private boat slip - up to two, reserved exclusively for your stay when requested at booking - so your boat is ready whenever you are. Slips #8 and #9 sit at Lakeside, behind the Lakeside shops on Pritham Ave in downtown Greenville (between Grinds Coffee and the Dockside Restaurant), clearly labeled and sized for boats up to 25 feet.

Launching is easy: put in for free at Big Lake Marina just across the street and park your trailer right at the house, or use the public launch at the Junction across town. A public boat dock directly in front of King's Landing is perfect for loading and unloading people and gear (4-hour maximum, no overnight).

A few courtesies keep it smooth: your boat must be insured and registered to use the Lakeside docks, the docks are shared with the Dockside Restaurant, and tie-ups should be checked regularly. Planning to bring a boat? Let us know in advance so we can have your slip ready.
