Push-button electronic ignition, a built-in lid thermometer and the all-black cabinet with a grill locker and six tool hooks keep grilling simple.

Beside it, the Weber Slate 36-inch griddle spreads 756 square inches of rust-resistant, pre-seasoned carbon steel over four independently controlled burners (another 48,000 BTU), so one end can hold pancakes and eggs on gentle heat while the other sears smash burgers, fajitas or hash browns at over 500°F. A digital thermometer shows the surface temperature at a glance, and wind guards keep the heat steady on breezy lake days. A flip-up side table, tool hooks and a closed cabinet keep spatulas and trays close at hand, and the extra-large grease pan makes cleanup quick.

Both run on propane and are ready to go when you arrive. We just ask that you scrape the griddle and give the grates a quick clean after cooking, close the lids, and return any tools to the cabinets so everything is ready for the next guests.
