Property History
King's Landing sits on the historic site of the original Captain Sawyer House, one of the first guest houses in Greenville — built in the 1800s by "Captain" Arthur Sawyer, a local shipbuilder and lake navigator.
While the original guest house is long gone, this property still carries the legacy of those who first called this beautiful stretch of Moosehead Lake home.
King's Landing was built to honor that spirit, blending the charm of the past with modern character and local artist-designed luxury — all in a place where people have gathered for generations to share community and traditions.
