Boat Slip & Launch
Launch your boat for free at the Big Lake Marina, just a couple houses down, north of the orange house in front. Park your trailer at King’s Landing. Alternatively, there is a public boat launch at the Junction on the other side of town with public trailer parking.
Slips: During your stay at King’s Landing, you’ll have access to a private boat slip if requested during booking (total available =2). One or both slips are reserved exclusively for your use and labeled clearly with the associated slip number seen below.
- #9 Dockside: located conveniently at the dock directly in front of the Dockside Tavern Restaurant on the main drag Pritham in downtown, maximum 24’ boats.
- #8 Lakeside: The second boat slip is located in front of Lakeside shops also on Pritham Ave in downtown, just to the left of Dockside, the slip is clearly labeled #8, max length 25’ boats.
Pro-Tip: directly in front of the house front drive is the Public Boat Dock (maximum 4 hour docking, no overnight). Guests might consider moving their boat from the slip at Dockside or Lakeside to the Public Dock for ease of loading or unloading people and gear.
