We’ve outfitted King’s Landing with modern technology and high-end appliances to make your stay as smooth and comfortable as possible. Below is a quick guide to using key features around the home.
Internet Access
King’s Landing is equipped with fast, reliable internet designed to support remote work, streaming, and multiple users at once. We use a Dual WAN High-Speed System with Load Balancing and Automatic Failover to ensure seamless connectivity, even during outages.
Network Details:
- Primary Connection: Premium Choice 300 Mbps Fiber
- Backup Connection: Starlink Satellite Internet
- System Type: Dual WAN with automatic switch-over and optimized load sharing
Temperature Control
- Each bedroom and main living areas are equipped with their own Nest thermostat for your personal convenience.
- Please use only the Nest devices to adjust the heating and cooling.
- The thermostats are intuitive and responsive — simply turn the outer ring to adjust the temperature.
Pro tip: They auto-dim, so gently tap the screen to wake them.
TVs & Streaming
- TVs are located in the main living area, bar, game room and some bedrooms.
- All TVs are smart-enabled and offer access to streaming apps such as Netflix, Hulu+ Live TV, Amazon Prime Video and Music, ESPN, Spotify, Disney+, Paramount+, Apple TV. No need to log into your own accounts, King’s landing TVs are set up with their own for your ease of use and enjoyment.
- Use the provided remotes (labeled by room).
- Do not unplug or move any cables behind the TVs or in the media cabinets.
Bluetooth Speakers
Bluetooth-enabled JBL soundbars are available in key hangout spaces throughout the home, including the bar room, living room, and King’s Lair game room.
Feel free to connect your device and enjoy your favorite music while you relax, entertain, or play — just be respectful of quiet hours and neighbors.
Kitchen Appliances
The kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances and culinary tools including:
- Viking Gas range and double oven and Microwave
- Large French door refrigerator
- Extra refrigerator in the pantry
- Viking Dishwasher
- Toaster, blender, juicer, coffeemaker, Keurig, and an electric kettle
- Gourmet cookware & bakeware
- Local and specialty cookbooks reside in one of the labeled drawers
- Commercial grade ice maker in pantry
- Canvas shopping bags for trips to the grocery store
- A variety of baking, cooking or grilling aprons
- Vast array of cooking spices
